Civil Rights: LGBTQIA+ Discrimination.

These are basic aspects of life that members of our community have to fight for, when in fact, they are entitled to them. Simply the same rights accommodations and courtesies extended to every other person in our state.

There are several different types of policies and laws, on the federal level, and and the State level to protect individuals from various forms of discrimination. We aggressively represent and protect the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning individuals at the workplace, in restaurants and at the realtor's office.

  • 3 in 5 transgender Americans have admitted to being discriminated against.
  • 15% of LGBTQ Americans admitted to postponing any medical procedures or treatments because they were discriminated against.
  • 25% of adults 18-34 in Colorado consider themselves part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
